If you are the first customer of YCH or that scale You will receive a special price or 10% discount and must allow the work to be used as a sample.

1. Payment 💸
▶ A minimum deposit of 50% is required to reserve a queue.
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
*If the deposit is more than 50%, only the difference from 50% will be refunded.
▶ The remaining payment is due after receiving all the sketches
(if you're not ready to pay the remaining amount, we can discuss it).
▶ The final payment for any additional charges will be made after the work is completed (you will always be informed before starting the work if there are any additional charges (Length) and how much they will be).
▶ The additional fee required is 10-15% of the work's price.
2. Revisions
▶ You can change the brief at any time until your queue begins.
▶ Please ensure changes align with the original brief; deviations from the brief may incur additional charges based on complexity.
▶ Please edit to match the brief only.(If corrections are made that do not match the brief, additional fees will be added.)
▶ Disturb customers in choosing(color) skin,hair,outfit. There will not be a trial of coloring, and if there are changes, there will be an additional plus.
▶Can be fix 2 times for free, if more than that there will be an increase depending on the difficulty.
▶ Normally, there are 2 checkpoints for reviewing the work (after sketch completion, after coloring completion). *Line adjustments are only possible after the sketch phase.
3. Queue Management
▶ While waiting for the client's confirmation, we will proceed with the next queue.
▶ Some queues may be worked on concurrently with rush orders.
▶ Customer can set a deadline or not; we will let you know if it is feasible.
▶ Any pauses in work or delays will be announced in the Google Sheet that is always used for tracking queues.
4. Animated
▶ The artist and the animator are different individuals.

▶ Customers must inform every time if the work will be used for commercial purposes (mention what it will be used for, details are not necessary, e.g., stream emotes, stream overlays, Discord stickers, etc.)
▶ All works will always be used as samples unless requested otherwise.

1.การจ่ายเงิน 💸
▶ มัดจำขั้นต่ำ 50% จะถือว่าเป็นการจองคิว ไม่คืนเงินมัดจำทุกกรณี
*กรณีที่มัดจำมากกว่า 50% จะคืนแค่ส่วนต่างจาก 50% เท่านั้น
▶ จ่ายที่เหลือหลังจากได้รับภาพร่างทั้งหมดแล้ว (กรณีไม่พร้อมจ่ายสามารถคุยกันได้ค่ะ)
▶ หลังจากงานเสร็จค่อยจ่ายส่วนที่มีบวกเพิ่ม (จะแจ้งก่อนเริ่มงานเสมอว่ามีส่วนบวกเพิ่ม(Length)ไม่เกินเท่าไร)
2.การแก้งาน
▶ สามารถแก้บรีฟได้ตลอดจนกว่าจะถึงคิว
▶ โปรดแก้ให้ตรงกับบรีฟเท่านั้น แก้ไม่เกิน 2 ครั้งหากเกินกว่านั้นมีบวกเพิ่ม
ครั้งละ 20-50 บาท ถ้าแก้ไม่ตรงกับบรีฟจะมีบวกเพิ่มครั้งละ 50 - 100 บาทค่ะ
▶ รบกวนลูกค้าเลือกสีผิว ผมหรือชุดมาให้แน่นอนนะคะ จะไม่มีการลองลงสีให้ดู ถ้ามีการลอง/เปลี่ยนจะมีบวกเพิ่มค่ะ
▶ ปกติเราให้เช็คงาน 2 ช่วง (ร่างเสร็จ , ลงสีเสร็จ)
*แก้เส้นได้เฉพาะตอนให้เช็คหลังร่างเสร็จ
▶ กรณีสั่งหลายรูป แต่แก้ส่วนเดียวกันจะบวกเพิ่มรายรูปค่ะ
3.การรันคิว
▶ ระหว่างที่เรารอลูกค้าคอนเฟิร์มจะทำคิวถัดไปในระหว่างที่รอ
▶ บางคิวอาจจะทำควบกับคิวเร่งค่ะ
▶ ลูกค้าสามารถกำหนดเดดไลน์หรือไม่ก็ได้ แต่เราจะบอกอีกทีนะคะว่าได้หรือไม่ได้
▶ หากจะพักงานหรือติดธุระจะแจ้งที่ google sheet ที่ไว้ดูคิวเสมอค่ะที่ไว้ดูคิวเสมอค่ะ
▶ ไม่เร่งหรือทวงงานถี่ๆนะคะ หากสอบถามแล้วเราบอกวันไปแล้ว แต่ถ้ายังไม่มีการอัพเดตสามารถทวงได้ค่ะ
4.Animated
▶ คนวาดกับทำขยับคือคนละคนกัน
▶ หากอยากบรีฟกับช่างริก สามารถแจ้งหมาวได้เลยนะคับ
(ติดต่อทาง Discord Only) จะเช็คงานได้ละเอียดกว่าค่ะ
5.วิธีการบรีฟ
▶ ไม่รับบรีฟที่ให้วาดคนจริงค่ะ (รวมไปถึงศิลปินด้วย)
▶ ส่วนไหนที่ไม่บรีฟนักวาดจะคิดให้เอง ลูกค้าจะแก้ได้แค่ 1 ครั้งในส่วนนี้ค่ะ ถ้าเกินกว่านี้มีบวกเพิ่ม
6.อื่นๆ
▶ ลูกค้าต้องแจ้งทุกครั้งหากต้องทำไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์
(บอกว่านำไปทำอะไร ไม่ต้องบอกละเอียดก็ได้ค่ะๆ เช่น ทำอีโมตสตรีม ,แปะสตรีม ,สติกเกอร์ดิสคอร์ด ,ฯลฯ)
▶ หากจ้างคมช.ราคาใช้ส่วนตัว แต่นำไปใช้เชิงพาณิชย์ ขออนุญาตปรับเป็นราคา 2-3 เท่า ของราคางาน หากต้องการปลดเชิงจ่ายเพิ่ม(จ่ายที่เหลือของ ราคาเชิงพาณิชย์)
▶ ไม่แอบอ้างว่าเป็นคนวาดเองเด็ดขาด หากมีการแอบอ้างขออนุญาตยึดสิทธิ์การใช้งาน และ ปรับ 1o เท่าของราคางานค่ะ
หากให้เครดิตสามารถให้เป็น Twitter , ชื่อเฟสบุ๊ค , ไม่ก็ “หมาว,Mhawmaw” ก็ได้ค่ะ
▶ ไม่อนุญาตให้นำไฟล์รูปวาดไปแจกทุกกรณี (ยกเว้นทำเป็นชิ้นงาน เช่น ปรินท์ , พวงกุญแจ แบบนี้ได้ค่ะ แต่ต้องแจ้งก่อนเสมอ)
▶ งานทุกงานถูกนำไปใช้เป็นตัวอย่างเสมอ หากไม่สะดวกแจ้งได้เลยค่ะ
